I am a dedicated therapist with a genuine passion for helping individuals overcome trauma and navigate challenging life experiences. My journey to becoming a therapist was marked by self-discovery; after years of exploring different paths, I realized my true calling was in clinical social work. I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2014, and my commitment to deepening my expertise led to pursuing my clinical license, which I achieved in 2017. I have since undergone specialized training and certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), evidence-based therapies for trauma recovery. I have also received training and practice the philosophy of Internal Family Systems and Written Exposure Therapy.
Currently, I am expanding my expertise through an intensive program focused on treating dissociative disorders, adding further depth to my work with trauma survivors. I believe in creating a compassionate, supportive space for my clients, empowering them to process and heal from their experiences. I am honored to guide individuals toward resilience, self-acceptance, and renewed hope, and am committed to lifelong learning and growth in my field.
